Withdrawal Clause

📌 Please be informed that acceptance of the offer for your child to enrol in MOE Kindergarten@Jurong West is subject to the following withdrawal conditions, which you are deemed to have read and agreed to upon accepting the offer:

• In the event of a withdrawal after acceptance, a written notice must be submitted to MOE Kindergarten@Jurong West prior to the child’s commencement of school.

• If the written withdrawal request is received by MOE Kindergarten@Jurong West on the first day of the month (regardless of whether it falls on a weekend or Public Holiday), the current month's fee will be charged. Parents will be required to pay one month's fee.

• If the written withdrawal request is received by MOE Kindergarten@Jurong West after the first day of the month, both the current month’s fee and the following month’s fee will be charged. Parents will be required to pay two months’ fees.

• If no written withdrawal notice is received by MOE Kindergarten@Jurong West, MOE Kindergarten@Jurong West reserves the right to withdraw the student and the parent will still be required to pay two months’ fees.
